Photo/Video Permission

Please note:  We take pictures of our guests having fun during our paint classes to use on our social media and print marketing.  We love smiling, happy faces, and promise to post images that we feel present your beautiful face in a positive light.

Note, that in purchasing a seat you agree to give permission for images of you, captured during the event through video, photo, and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Treat Your Palette promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.

CANCELLATIONS:

Treat Your Palette recognizes that plans can and do change, sometimes on short notice. If there is a change in client's plans, cancellation, or postponement of an event Treat Your Palette will take reasonable steps to book a substitute date.  However, if you cancel within 48 hours notice your payment will be turned into a store credit that can only be used for a future class. To cancel, return to the booking site. If you are a no-show for a class that you have a spot reserved or don't give at least 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your reservation payment. By completing the check-out process you agree to this policy.

As sometimes things happen outside of our control (ie. loss of power, employee sickness, etc) Treat Your Palette reserves the right to reschedule a painting event or private paint event. It is at the discretion of Treat Your Palette to decide whether the event will be subject to rescheduling. A representative will contact the Client with as much notice as is possible.

Due to the difficulty of the paintings and the mature nature of our events, Must be 18+ years of age to paint and 21+ years to drink. For the courtesy of our guests, no babies or infants allowed. However, we have painting events for ALL AGES such as Mother and Me, Daddy and Me, and other child-friendly events coming in the future.
